About the job
As a Sales Executive / Sales Manager at Hive Realty, your role is crucial in driving performance-driven sales growth and closing property deals effectively. You will be responsible for selecting and managing two listed properties from the company portal as your primary sales focus. Additionally, you are expected to achieve the following key responsibilities: - Close at least one property sale within the first 30 days of joining. - Achieve a minimum of four (4) property sales within six (6) months. - Actively generate leads and convert prospects into successful property sales. - Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and professional conduct standards. - Maintain confidentiality of company data, client information, and business strategies. In terms of compensation, you will receive a 2% commission on the actual realized sale value of each successfully closed property. This commission is payable after full payment is received from the customer. Furthermore, your performance will be evaluated based on the following criteria: - First 30 Days Target: Minimum one property closure. - Six-Month Target: Minimum four property sales. - Demonstrating strong sales and negotiation skills.
