About the job

Role objective: Build a strong outbound pipeline for the US market by prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking discovery meetings for the sales leadership team. This is a high-learning, high-pace role designed for people who want an accelerated career in US B2B tech sales. Key responsibilities: • Execute outbound outreach to US prospects via calls, email, and LinkedIn • Qualify leads using clear criteria (ICP fit, need, timing, authority) • Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to senior sales • Maintain accurate activity and notes in CRM • Follow messaging playbooks and continuously improve through coaching • Hit weekly activity and meeting booking targets Who should apply: • Graduates or early-career candidates (1–4 years experience) • Strong spoken English and comfort speaking with US prospects on calls • Comfortable with a target-driven environment and daily outreach volume • Coachable, disciplined, and consistent with follow-ups • Willing to work night shifts and operate from Bangalore (on-site) What you get: • Structured training on US B2B sales, talk tracks, objections, and discovery • Hands-on coaching, scripts, and enablement • Clear growth path to SDR, Senior SDR, and Global roles based on performance
