Job description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Executive/Sales Assistant/Sr.Sales to drive sales and ensure a pleasant in-store experience for customers. You will be responsible for showcasing furniture and modular products, understanding client needs, and closing sales while maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement & Sales • Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening. • Provide detailed information about furniture pieces, modular units, designs, dimensions, material, warranty, and pricing. • Offer design suggestions and product combinations to suit the customer’s space and taste. • Explain customization options and lead customers through available catalogs and digital presentations. • Prepare accurate quotations, process orders, and follow up on leads and inquiries. • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Store Management & Product Display: • Update price tags and promotional materials as required. • Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure availability and timely restocking of products. CRM & Follow-ups • Maintain a customer database with contact details, preferences, and purchase history. • Follow up on walk-ins, inquiries, and post-sale feedback to build customer relationships. • Share updates on new arrivals, promotions, and delivery timelines with customers. Coordination & Documentation • Coordinate with design and delivery teams to ensure accurate execution of customized orders. • Maintain accurate sales records, invoices, and reports. • Handle customer complaints or queries professionally and escalate unresolved issues when necessary. Qualifications & Skills: • Minimum qualification: 10+2; Graduation preferred. • 1-8 years of experience in retail sales; experience in furniture/modular/kitchen/interiors industry is a plus. • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or local language. • Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS software, CRM tools). • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. • Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as per store schedule.
