Role Overview We are seeking a confident and style-driven Sales Fashion Consultant to represent ITRH on the shop floor. The role involves delivering an elevated client experience, managing luxury sales, and building long-term customer relationships while embodying the brand’s refined aesthetic. Key Responsibilities • Assist clients with product selection and personalized styling • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Manage and oversee B2B sales and client accounts • Achieve individual and store sales targets • Maintain in-depth knowledge of collections, craftsmanship, and brand story • Ensure visual merchandising and store standards are upheld • Support daily store operations and client follow-ups Qualifications & Skills • Strong interest and understanding of luxury fashion • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to meet sales targets • Diploma or degree in Fashion, Retail, or Marketing is a plus • Prior experience in fashion retail or luxury sales preferred
