Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Sales Head to lead and scale our secured lending portfolio. The role involves end-to-end ownership of sales growth, channel development, branch expansion, team leadership, operational coordination, product inputs, and performance analytics. The incumbent will play a key role in driving sustainable growth while maintaining portfolio quality and compliance. Core Expertise Required: • Sales Team Leadership & Performance Management • Channel & Partnership Development (DSAs, Brokers, Builders, Connectors) • Operations Coordination & File Movement Management • Branch Expansion & Market Penetration • Hiring, Training & Capability Building of Sales Resources • Sales Discipline, Compliance & Ethical Sourcing • Product Management & Pricing Inputs • MIS, Analytics & Reporting • New Product Ideation & Market Strategy Business Focus: Secured Lending – Loan Against Property (LAP), Affordable Housing Loans, Prime Housing Loans Experience Required: Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in NBFC / Housing Finance / Secured Lending.
