We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead and scale our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building a high-performing sales team, defining go-to-market strategies, and managing enterprise & mid-market clients. **Key Responsibilities** Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth • Define and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies for ERP / SaaS / IT products • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets • Build predictable sales pipelines and improve conversion ratios • Identify new markets, industries, and growth opportunities Team Leadership & Management • Build, train, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers, account executives, and business development professionals • Set KPIs, targets, and performance metrics for the sales team • Conduct regular reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations Enterprise & Key Account Management • Handle key enterprise accounts and strategic clients • Lead complex deal closures, including negotiations, pricing, and contracts • Build long-term client relationships and ensure customer retention Product & Market Alignment • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams • Provide market feedback to improve product offerings and pricing strategies • Stay updated with ERP/SaaS trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics Process & CRM Management • Establish sales processes, forecasting models, and reporting systems • Ensure effective use of CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) • Track sales metrics and optimize sales operations **Required Skills & Qualifications** • 8–15 years of sales experience in ERP / SaaS / IT Product companies • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets • Strong experience in B2B, enterprise, and solution-based selling • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Experience in scaling sales teams and setting up sales processes • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, churn) • Excellent communication and presentation skills **Preferred Qualifications** • MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment • Exposure to domestic sales markets is mandatory **What We Offer** • Competitive salary + performance-based incentives • Leadership role with high visibility and impact • Opportunity to work with a fast-growing ERP / SaaS product company • Dynamic and entrepreneurial work culture If interested, please share your CV at hr@easecommerce.in
