Location: Mumbai / Delhi / Chennai Working Days: 5 days/week Reporting to: Global Sales Head Role Overview: We are looking for a high-impact Sales Leader who will own the India sales charter for Ospyn. This role will drive enterprise revenue growth, lead a 4-member sales team and scale strategic business within BFSI and Government sectors. Future scope of this role expands to Southeast Asia and additional global markets. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of 4 India Sales Managers - Own & drive annual India revenue target (minimum ₹20 Cr) - Enterprise B2B solution selling across Government & BFSI - Drive license + service sales for Ospyn products & platforms - Build, scale and manage large enterprise client relationships (single + double digit crore deal sizes) - Drive territory planning, forecasting, pipeline governance & closures - Strategic account farming, renewals & large deal hunting - Work closely with Global Sales Head for GTM, pricing, partnerships and expansion plays - Represent India sales in business strategy, board reviews & market planning Required Experience: - Minimum 10+ years of enterprise sales experience - Mandatory experience selling to BFSI + Government + Public Sector - Experience closing multi-crore deals (double digit Cr experience preferred) - Prior experience handling sales teams & managing sales P&L - Experience selling technology licenses + related services Preferred Attributes: - Strong negotiation & large deal structuring abilities - Stakeholder influence across CXO level in enterprise domain Career Growth: This role is the India Sales Head and has a clear runway towards expanding and owning international markets (SEA + other regions).
