We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head – Middle East & Africa to lead and scale international sales operations across the MEA region. This senior leadership role is responsible for defining and executing sales strategies, driving large enterprise deals, building high-performing regional teams, and achieving ambitious revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: • Own and execute end-to-end sales strategies to achieve regional revenue and growth objectives • Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and long-term sales plans aligned with organizational goals • Define sales quotas, revenue forecasts, and profit targets across regions and territories • Track market trends, economic indicators, competition, and demand-supply dynamics Leadership & Team Management: • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance sales leadership team across MEA • Supervise and enable Regional Sales Managers to deliver consistent results • Foster a results-oriented, collaborative, and high-accountability sales culture Enterprise Deals & Market Evangelism: • Personally lead closure of large, strategic enterprise deals • Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders to position value-driven solutions • Represent the organization at industry forums and leadership events Forecasting, Reporting & Operations: • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, dashboards, and KPI reports for senior leadership • Support organizational planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting • Ensure sales execution and operational excellence Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Partner with marketing, product, pre-sales, and customer success teams • Influence internal stakeholders to align priorities and accelerate deal velocity Skills & Competencies: • Strategic B2B enterprise sales leadership • Large deal negotiation and closure • Regional market development (MEA) • Sales forecasting and analytics • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Experience Requirements: • 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise/B2B sales • Proven experience managing high-performing sales teams in MEA • Track record of closing large, complex deals Educational Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
