Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for the position of Sales (Head): Pharma APIs, Ingredients & Excipients. The responsibilities include overseeing sales strategies, managing account relationships, leading a sales team, planning and achieving sales targets, and ensuring effective collaboration across departments. The candidate will play a key role in driving business development, establishing partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth and achieve targets • Expertise in Analytical Skills and Account Management to evaluate market trends and build customer relationships • Proven abilities in Team Management to lead and motivate sales teams effectively • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and familiarity with APIs, ingredients, and excipients is highly desirable • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
