As a Sales HR Business Partner at SolarSquare, you will play a crucial role in driving people strategies that align with business objectives, enhance employee experience, and foster a culture of performance and accountability. • Key Responsibilities:** - **Business Partnership** - Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand functional goals and workforce requirements. - Support strategic decision-making with data-driven HR insights. - Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on all people-related aspects. - **Performance & Talent Management** - Lead end-to-end performance review and feedback cycles. - Assist leaders in talent calibration, succession planning, and employee development. - Identify and nurture high-potential talent and collaborate with L&D for growth plans. - **Employee Engagement & Culture** - Drive employee experience by designing and executing engagement initiatives tailored to teams. - Conduct pulse surveys, analyze feedback, and develop action plans. - Cultivate an inclusive, transparent, and high-performance work culture. - **Employee Relations & Grievance Handling** - Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances promptly and professionally. - Lead investigations and resolve conflicts in accordance with company policies and values. - **People Operations & Compliance** - Collaborate with HR Ops and Payroll teams to ensure seamless processes such as onboarding, transfers, and exits. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and protocols across regions. • *Qualifications & Skills:** - 4-6 years of HRBP or generalist experience in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in managing HR for large frontline or distributed teams is advantageous. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust across various levels. - Data-oriented mindset and proficiency in using dashboards and HR metrics for decision-making. - Exposure to labor laws, performance frameworks, and employee life cycle management. - Ability to excel in ambiguous situations and work autonomously.
