Key Sales Role: • Develop and Execute National Sales Plans. • Identify Growth Opportunities Across Channels. • Lead Annual Sales Forecasting, Planning, and Strategy. • Drive Revenue, Volume, and Profitability Targets Pan India. The sales lead will oversee regional/state sales teams, managing key accounts, national chains, and institutional clients. Strong analytical, negotiation, and team leadership skills are required. • Strong Understanding of GT/MT/E-commerce Channels and Distributor Management. • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills. • Ability to Travel Extensively and Manage Diverse Regional Teams.
