Key Responsibilities Team Management & Leadership • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 10 BDMs. • Assign and monitor leads, follow-ups, and closures. • Set targets, review performance, and ensure achievement of sales goals. • Motivate the team through regular reviews, guidance, and support. • Ensure discipline in CRM updates, reporting, and sales processes. International / Export Sales • Handle international B2B clients and export markets. • Manage overseas client communication via calls, emails, and virtual meetings. • Develop new international business opportunities while strengthening existing accounts. • Understand export documentation, pricing, negotiations, and commercial terms. Lead Management & Business Development • Oversee lead generation from exhibitions, portals, referrals, and internal sources. • Support the team in lead qualification, proposal preparation, and negotiations. • Work on individual sales targets in addition to team targets. • Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and production teams for smooth execution. Reporting & Coordination • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. • Track pipeline, conversion ratios, and revenue forecasts. • Act as a bridge between management and the sales team. • Share market insights, competitor analysis, and client feedback with management.
