Job Title Sales Lead – ServiceNow Services (Singapore) Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned Sales Lead with 5–6 years of hardcore ServiceNow services sales experience to drive growth across Singapore enterprise and public sector accounts. This role is hands-on, quota-carrying, and focused on selling implementation, transformation, and managed services, not licenses. You will own accounts end-to-end — from demand generation and solution shaping to deal closure and expansion — working closely with delivery, pre-sales, and alliance teams. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Ownership - Own and deliver services revenue targets for Singapore accounts. - Drive new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts. - Lead complex deal cycles involving implementation, advisory, and managed services. Account & Stakeholder Management - Build and maintain senior relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of ITSM, Digital, GRC, and Transformation. - Navigate multi-stakeholder buying groups across enterprise and Singapore public sector agencies. - Act as the primary point of contact for customers across the sales lifecycle. Public Sector & Enterprise Focus - Actively pursue opportunities within Singapore Government, Stat Boards, and GLCs. - Understand and manage public sector procurement processes (e.g. GeBIZ, panel contracts, RFPs). - Partner with internal teams to respond to tenders and structured bids. Solution Selling - Sell across the ServiceNow services stack, including: - ITSM, ITOM, ITAM - IRM / GRC - HRSD, CSM - Platform transformation & managed services - Work with pre-sales and delivery to shape commercially viable solutions. Partner & Ecosystem Engagement - Collaborate with ServiceNow account teams and alliance managers. - Leverage OEM and ecosystem relationships to originate and close deals. Required Experience & Skills Mandatory - 5–6 years of direct ServiceNow services sales experience (SI / Partner / Professional Services). - Proven track record selling implementation and transformation services (not just licenses). - Strong, demonstrable experience managing Singapore-based accounts. - Exposure to Singapore public sector sales and procurement processes. - Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR). Preferred - Existing relationships within government agencies, stat boards, or large enterprises. - Experience working with regional or global ServiceNow partners. - Understanding of services P&L, resourcing constraints, and delivery dependencies. Sales Competencies - Strong consultative and value-based selling skills. - Ability to articulate ROI, outcomes, and transformation value. - Comfortable running C-level conversations and complex negotiations. - Self-starter with strong ownership mindset. What Success Looks Like (12–18 Months) - Consistent achievement of services revenue targets. - Strong pipeline coverage across enterprise and public sector. - Trusted advisor status with key Singapore customers. - Tight alignment with delivery leading to repeat business and expansions.
