Role Description We are seeking a full-time Sales Leader to join our team in Chennai. The Sales Leader will be responsible for managing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and pursuing opportunities to achieve revenue targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring market trends, developing sales pipelines, leading negotiations, providing post-sales support, and managing collaborations with various teams to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction. Qualifications • Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities • Experience in Market Research and Client Needs Analysis • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively • Knowledge of Robotics and Automation industry or technical sales experience is highly desirable • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field • Ability to work on-site in Chennai and occasional travel as required
