Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Sales Leader specializing in Pharma APIs & Excipients. The Sales Leader will be responsible for managing sales teams, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and fostering strong client relationships. Core duties include identifying new business opportunities, providing training and mentorship to the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving revenue growth targets. Qualifications • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and team members. • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. • Proficiency in Training and mentoring sales teams to enhance productivity and performance. • Demonstrated ability in fostering strong client relationships and identifying business opportunities for growth. • Strategic thinking capabilities and the ability to create result-oriented sales plans. • Experience in the Pharma APIs & Excipients domain is highly desirable. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
