👨💼 The Role: We are looking for a strategic Sales Leader to head the sales division for Newzlik. ... You will be responsible for building a team and onboarding News Publishers from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities across India. 🔹 Who is our Customer? (The Target): You will NOT be selling to random YouTubers. Your target audience includes: • Independent News Reporters running YouTube Channels. • Local Journalists (Stringers) looking for their own digital identity. • Citizen Journalists covering local community news. • Small Media Houses wanting to go digital. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage a team of 5-10 Inside Sales Executives. • Revenue Ownership: Achieve monthly sales targets for our Web & App subscriptions. • Niche Selling: Understand the pain points of local reporters (like monetization, authority, identity) and pitch Newzlik as the ultimate solution. • Pipeline Management: Handle high-value leads and close deals via calls/meetings. 🔹 What we are looking for: • Experience: 2-5 years in Inside Sales (Ed-Tech, SaaS, or Media Sales preferred). • Leadership: Proven experience in managing a sales team. • Communication: Excellent command over Hindi (Primary) and Professional English. • Mindset: Someone who understands the power of Digital Media and Journalism. • Tech: Must have a Laptop and a stable internet connection. 🏆 Why Join Rablik? • Impact: Empower the voice of local India (Digital Patrakarita). • Growth: Work directly with the Founders and lead the revenue vertical. • Earnings: Uncapped incentive structure.
