As a Sales Leader for the GCC Business, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding business with existing customers in the GCC region, while identifying and nurturing new opportunities in target accounts. The role will be based in India, requiring you to drive growth through strategic client engagement, proactive solutions, and cross-functional collaboration. Your responsibilities will involve fostering strong professional relationships with key executives, driving large multi-service line deal wins, and collaborating closely with presales, solutioning, and delivery teams to deliver value to customers. You will also be expected to independently lead proactive solutions, provide strategic direction on technology development, and execute account strategies aligned with customer priorities and the competitive landscape. Key Responsibilities • Manage and expand relationships with GCC customers while driving new client acquisition. • Lead large, multi-service line deal pursuits, working closely with presales, solutioning, and delivery teams. • Provide strategic direction on technology development and proactively lead solution creation. • Develop and execute account strategies aligned with GCC customer priorities, industry trends, and competition. • Build and maintain CXO-level relationships to influence decision-making and drive long-term partnerships.
