Job Description Position: Sales Leader Experience: 5 to 8 years Location: Hyderabad (Shift-based depending on target markets) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and high-performing Sales Leader with strong expertise in selling CRM solutions—specifically Salesforce and Veeva—to customers across the USA, India, and APAC markets. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to independently drive revenue, build solid customer relationships, and consistently achieve aggressive sales quotas. A key requirement for this role is proven experience in selling Salesforce services as part of an IT consulting company delivering projects to customers. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end sales activities for Salesforce/Veeva CRM solutions across USA, India, and APAC regions. • Generate, manage, and convert qualified leads into revenue-driving opportunities. • Achieve and exceed an annual sales quota of approximately 5 million USD. • Promote and sell Salesforce services delivered through IT consulting engagements, including implementation, customization, integration, and managed services. • Build strong industry relationships and leverage existing networks for pipeline development. • Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure solution alignment with client needs. • Develop market-specific sales strategies and customer engagement plans. • Conduct client meetings, presentations, demos, and contract negotiations. • Maintain detailed sales activity, forecasting, and opportunity records in CRM systems. Required Skills & Qualifications • 5 to 8 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Business Development, or CRM solution selling. • Strong background in selling Salesforce services—preferably in an IT consulting company delivering projects to enterprise customers. • Proven expertise in selling Salesforce or Veeva CRM solutions to USA, India, and APAC markets. • Consistent achievement of annual sales targets around 5M USD. • Strong industry connections and the ability to leverage networks for business growth. • A proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented “go-getter” mindset. • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Willingness to work in shifts aligned with target market zones.
