Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Management Associate, located in Aurangabad. The Sales Management Associate will support the sales team by performing tasks such as managing client relationships, assisting in strategy development, analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for sales growth and supporting the execution of sales initiatives. Qualifications • Strong skills in Sales Planning, Account Management, and Market Analysis • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and basic reporting software • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills • Analytical skills for data analysis and strategic planning • Ability to work collaboratively in team environments • Previous experience in sales or marketing roles is an advantage • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Strong organizational and time management skills with an attention to detail
