Job Description • Coordinate Sales operations with the other departments of the organization. • Develop and/or maintain and improve business relations with all customers of the organization. • Ensure maintenance of customer database. • Responsible for targeting new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the organization. • Any matter which may effect the interests of ACCOR should be brought to the attention of the Management. • Participate in management meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals and develop the annual business plan related for the department. • Manage/direct public relations and promotional activities in conjunction with corporate marketing and public relations departments. • Participate in management meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals and develop the annual business plan related for the department.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management
