To achieve this, we need highly driven, results-focused professionals who can take ownership and lead from the front. 🌟 Role Overview We are looking for an aggressive, result-driven Sales Manager who will own the sales funnel, drive high conversion rates, and ensure revenue targets are met consistently. This role is not just about generating leads—it's about closing deals, building strong client relationships, and ensuring a seamless sales experience. 🎯 Key Responsibilities ✅ Sales & Revenue Generation • Drive monthly sales targets, ensuring consistent conversions from leads to signed projects. • Take full ownership of sales closure after proposal submission until contract signing. • Ensure booking of up to 4 projects per month on a consistent basis. • Actively follow up on leads from various digital and offline sources with a strong closure mindset. ✅ Lead Follow-up & Conversion Ownership • Execute aggressive and disciplined follow-ups with all active prospects. • Own all client communication post-proposal — responsiveness, clarity, persuasion, and trust-building are critical. • Ensure zero leakage of warm and hot leads due to delay, lack of follow-up, or poor communication. • Maintain high proposal-to-closure conversion ratios through structured follow-up cadence. ✅ Proposal & Negotiation Management • Work with the design & pre-sales team to create compelling and timely project proposals. • Personally drive negotiations, objection handling, and final decision-making with clients. • Ensure pricing, scope, and commitment alignment before closure to avoid execution-stage conflicts. ✅ Client Experience & Accountability • Act as the single point of accountability for the client from proposal stage till booking. • Ensure client confidence, urgency, and emotional buy-in through proactive communication. • Prevent drop-offs caused by silence, ambiguity, or weak follow-up. ✅ CRM & Performance Reporting • Maintain accurate and real-time updates of lead status, follow-ups, and closures in CRM. • Track proposal ageing, follow-up frequency, and closure ratios. • Report weekly on booked projects, lost deals (with reasons), and pipeline health. 🧠 Ideal Mindset & Skills 🔥 Aggressive closer with strong follow-up discipline 🔥 Ownership-driven — does not wait for reminders 🔥 Excellent client communication and persuasion skills 🔥 High accountability for numbers, not activities 🔥 Resilient & Persistent: Rejections don’t stop you; you push harder and smarter. 🔥 Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Experience in construction, real estate, or high-ticket sales is a plus. 📌 Qualifications & Experience ✔️ 5-10 years of proven sales experience in real estate, construction, or related industries. ✔️ Strong background in high-value sales, deal closing, and client relationship management. ✔️ Familiarity with CRM tools (ClickUp, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.). ✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. ✔️ Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure. 💰 Compensation & Benefits 🎯 Fixed Salary + High Incentives (Performance-based structure) 🎯 Opportunity to lead the sales team & grow into a senior leadership role 🎯 Work with a visionary team in a fast-growing design-build firm 🎯 Exposure to high-value projects & premium clients 📢 Are You Ready to Own This Challenge?
