Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Tadepalligudem. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include leading a sales team, training and motivating team members, analyzing market trends, and designing effective sales strategies to drive growth. Qualifications • Proven expertise in sales, business development, and meeting revenue targets • Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills • Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities • Skills in analyzing market trends, developing sales strategies, and adapting to changing market dynamics • Proficiency in data analysis and managing sales reports • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred • Previous experience in the financial services or NBFC sector is an advantage • Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment and meet deadlines.
