CraftCutCreate : Our specialized division focused on subtractive manufacturing and precision assembly. It leverages CNC and laser-cutting technologies to transform complex digital vectors into high-quality physical components. We are now expanding our infrastructure into the Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) sector to provide bespoke engineering and design solutions for industrial and commercial sectors. Role Overview Windbridge Concepts is expanding its digital manufacturing portfolio into the world of Additive Manufacturing. We are seeking a high-energy, technically-savvy Sales Manager to become a part of our 3D printing service bureau. Your goal is not just to sell "parts," but to sell expertise, speed, and innovation across industries ranging from bespoke Home Decor to high-precision Aerospace and Medical sectors. Key Responsibilities • Business Development : Identify and penetrate new market segments (Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, Medical, and Consumer Goods). • Consultative Selling : Review client 3D designs (STL / STEP files) and provide expert advice on the best printing technologies and materials for their project. • Relationship Management : Leverage your existing network of procurement managers and R&D engineers to secure long-term service contracts. • Project Scoping : Work closely with the technical production team to ensure feasibility, accurate lead times, and competitive pricing. • Market Intelligence : Stay updated on the latest trends in 3D printing (SLA, FDM, SLS, Metal AM) to keep Windbridge ahead of the competition. Required Experience & Skills • Industry Experience : Minimum 3–5 years in a sales role specifically within the 3D printing service or rapid prototyping industry. • Technical Literacy : Solid understanding of 3D printing technologies, material properties (polymers vs. metals), and the prototyping-to-production lifecycle. • Network : An active "Rolodex" of contacts in R&D, Product Design, or Manufacturing departments. • Communication : Ability to translate complex technical jargon into a value proposition for non-technical stakeholders. • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
