We’re seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in India. You’ll shape go-to-market strategies, and drive revenue growth across Cynoteck’s service portfolio. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration to convert tech capabilities into business impact. Experience : Minimum 5 years Requirement : 1 Location : Delhi NCR Industry : IT Services, CRM, Cloud, Mobile & Web Development Employment Type : Full-time Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Cynoteck’s footprint in India • Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closure • Represent Cynoteck’s offerings (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, mobile / web development) to enterprise clients • Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to craft compelling solutions and proposals • Monitor pipeline health and forecast revenue using CRM tools and analytics • Build strategic relationships with key accounts and channel partners • Participate in industry events, webinars, and forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads Required Skills & Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in IT services or SaaS sales • Proven ability to lead sales teams and deliver consistent revenue growth • Deep understanding of CRM, cloud platforms, and custom development services • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales automation tools • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to dynamic market conditions
