This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Bhagalpur. The Sales Manager will oversee and manage a team to meet sales targets, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include identifying business growth opportunities, mentoring team members, preparing sales reports, and maintaining a client-focused approach to deliver optimal results. The individual will also represent the company at events and manage key accounts to support and drive business objectives effectively. Qualifications • Strong leadership, team management, and mentorship skills • Proficiency in sales strategy development, business growth planning, and target achievement • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics • Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable insights • Customer relationship management and key account handling expertise • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • Experience in financial services or related industries is a plus
