Job Title: Sales Manager Salary: 20-25 LPA Location: India (Remote) Department: Sales Company: Medivant Healthcare Job Summary: Medivant Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and develop the sales team in India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for strengthening the team’s sales capabilities, monitoring performance, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring sales targets are achieved. This role requires strong leadership, coaching, and analytical skills to drive productivity and continuous improvement within the sales team. Key Responsibilities: • Provide sales skills training, mentorship, and guidance to the sales team to enhance performance and effectiveness. • Review sales activities and performance regularly to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. • Work closely with sales representatives to track progress against targets and ensure follow-ups on opportunities. • Monitor and evaluate sales team productivity and overall performance, ensuring optimal utilization of resources. • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions with team members to improve results. • Listen to sales calls and review client interactions to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback. • Develop strategies to improve sales conversion rates and customer engagement. • Ensure the team follows established sales processes, compliance standards, and company policies. • Collaborate with leadership to align sales activities with overall business objectives. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field. • 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or related industries. • Prior experience in sales team leadership or management is highly preferred. • Strong understanding of sales processes, performance tracking, and pipeline management.
