Role Overview: Responsible for delivering high-value sales performance across B2B, B2C, and Corporate segments, ensuring strong conversions in the luxury automotive space. This role requires exceptional customer handling, deep product knowledge of premium brands, and a proven ability to sell to high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. Key Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities (B2B, B2C & Corporate Deals) ● Responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets across B2B, B2C, and Corporate channels. ● Managing the entire Sales Life Cycle after receiving Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). ● Ensuring maximum efficiency while moving leads through the funnel: MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Negotiation → Conversion. ● Meeting individual customers, corporate procurement teams, and business clients to close deals with minimal TAT. ● Handling corporate tie-ups, fleet requirements, business partnerships, and high-value negotiations with CXOs and corporate decision-makers. ● Pitching luxury brand value propositions tailored to different customer segments. ● Updating CRM with accurate lead and deal information to ensure complete visibility. ● Conducting Test Drives for clients (post GM approval). ● Travelling within and outside the city to meet clients and conduct corporate visits as required. Sales Reporting & Strategy ● Daily Sales Meetings with GM Sales to track daily and weekly run rate. ● Weekly reviews with GM Sales to refine sales strategies for B2B, B2C, and corporate funnel growth. ● Monthly business reviews with GM Sales & ZSM, analysing hits, misses, and forecasting. ● Periodic audits of lost opportunities to identify leakages and take corrective action. ● Conducting PDI for every car delivery and coordinating Gate Pass issuance for dispatch. Value Added Sales Responsibilities ● Selling Value Added Services: – Service Packages – Extended Warranty ● Coordinating smooth loan documentation and ensuring maximum loan disbursals with the Loans Executive. ● Handling Insurance: – Renewals – Transfers – Document coordination via Insurance/Documentation Executive. Luxury Brand Standards & Administrative Responsibilities ● Ensuring all vehicles in the showroom meet luxury brand display standards at all times. ● Ensuring Test Drive documentation is properly filled before every customer test drive. ● Maintaining brand-appropriate grooming, communication, and customer etiquette. CRM Responsibilities ● Providing structured feedback on lead quality received from CRM. ● Implementing process improvements recommended by CRM for better conversions. ● Ensuring accurate, timely entry of all sales activities, customer interactions, and deal status.
