Job Responsibilities: • Regional Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute the overall commercial strategy for India to achieve growth and market share objectives. Lead, motivate, and develop the regional sales team and/or distributor network. • Portfolio Management: Drive commercial success for the entire MicroPort portfolio (including Robotic systems, Interventional Cardiology, etc.) across the India market. Identify and prioritize key market opportunities for portfolio expansion. • Key Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture strategic relationships with high-level KOLs, key hospital accounts, and industry stakeholders. Represent MicroPort at regional conferences and major medical events. • Business Operations & Channel Excellence: Oversee distributor management, ensuring performance alignment, effective training, and compliance. Implement robust business processes for forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Clinical Affairs, and Regulatory teams to adapt and implement regional initiatives. Provide critical market feedback to global HQ to influence product and commercial strategies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
