Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our efforts in promoting and selling our plant-based protein powder through medical and nutritional channels. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote plant based nutrition products to doctors within the assigned city or region. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and other medical personnel. • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to expand market reach and penetration. • Provide product information, educational materials, and training to healthcare professionals to increase awareness and usage of our products. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the needs of the local market. • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly. • Meet sales targets and objectives set by the management. • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis for management review. • Responsible for leading a team of medical reps for the area or region. • Responsible for coordination and maintaining relationships with distributors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus.
