Additionally, you will act as a point of contact for escalated client issues, ensuring prompt resolution and providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement dynamic sales strategies to surpass revenue targets, leveraging market insights and industry trends. • Identify and capitalize on emerging business opportunities, ensuring a competitive edge in the market. • Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and delivering customized solutions. • Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving escalated client issues promptly and effectively. • Deliver precise sales forecasts and comprehensive reports to senior management, pinpointing key performance indicators and areas for enhancement. • Harness the power of data analytics to pinpoint trends and optimize sales approaches. • Conduct thorough market research to remain abreast of industry dynamics, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
