Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive market expansion and strengthen Popular Foods’ distribution network. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, managing channel partners, and growing market share across key product categories while upholding the brand’s commitment to quality and trust. Key Responsibilities: • Drive sales growth across General Trade, Modern Trade, and key accounts • Manage and expand distributor and retailer networks across assigned territories • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance • Coordinate with marketing for promotions, activations, and new product launches • Ensure timely collections and maintain strong channel relationships • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • 4-5 years of sales experience in FMCG, preferably in food products • Strong understanding of distribution, trade marketing, and channel management • Proven ability to scale markets and drive volume growth • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills • Willingness to travel extensively What Popular Foods Offer: • Opportunity to work with a trusted brand backed by a century-old legacy • Competitive compensation with performance-linked incentives • Growth opportunities across a diverse and expanding product portfolio • Stable, values-driven, and performance-oriented work culture.
