Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager, based in Dibrugarh East, allowing for some work from home. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, setting and achieving sales targets, providing training and support to sales staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Qualifications • Sales strategy development and implementation skills • Experience in managing sales teams and setting sales targets • Customer relationship management and retention skills • Training and support skills for sales staff • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and in a team • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
