Role Overview: PrintMach, an engineering-led Indian company with over 50 years of expertise, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead their European JV solutions in the Indian market. This role involves working at the intersection of engineering, sales, and strategy to provide high-speed, high-efficiency packaging solutions to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Lead strategic pitching and serve as the primary contact for PM-Irundin bottling solutions integrated with StickAPZ and LiquiPAX - Design custom automation layouts for bottling lines based on client challenges - Manage the entire sales cycle including lead generation, deal closure, and commissioning support - Drive revenue growth in the Indian subcontinent - Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility and flawless execution - Prepare strong proposals, ROI cases, and presentations for decision-makers Qualifications Required: - 8-15 years of experience in technical/engineering sales, with a preference for packaging, bottling, or labeling industries - Strong understanding of rotary/linear fillers and cappers - Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering (MBA is a plus) - Experience in handling high-value capital equipment sales and long sales cycles - Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional coordination skills Additional Details: PrintMach is a company where engineering drives all aspects of the business.
