Job Title: Sales Manager – Interior Designing & Turnkey Projects Location: Thane Branch / Pune Branch Department: Sales & Client Relations Industry: Interior Designing & Turnkey Solutions** Salary: 50k to 75k per month + Attractive Incentives on Closures About the Role We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Sales Manager who excels in building client relationships, delivering compelling presentations, and closing high-value deals. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a presentable personality, and a solid understanding of interior design concepts. This role requires coordination with design and project teams, along with excellent client-handling capabilities. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Presentation & Deal Closure • Deliver high-quality, engaging sales presentations to clients. • Showcase the company’s services, design capabilities, and project standards. • Address queries, handle objections, and negotiate terms to close deals. 2. Client Handling & Relationship Management • Act as the main point of contact for new leads. • Maintain strong follow-ups and understand client needs. • Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. 3. Project Coordination & Site Surveys • Conduct site surveys to understand project requirements. • Coordinate with design teams for layouts, BOQ, and presentations. • Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams. 4. Interior Industry Understanding • Have basic knowledge of interior design, materials, and project workflows. • Explain design and technical aspects clearly to clients. 5. Reporting & Documentation • Maintain records of meetings, presentations, and follow-ups. • Submit daily/weekly reports on lead status and closures. Required Skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability. • Ability to manage premium clients professionally. • Basic understanding of interior design (preferred). • CRM and follow-up management skills. • Multitasking and coordination skills. Qualifications • Graduation in any field (interior background preferred). • 1–3 years of sales experience; interior sales is a plus. • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and presentation software.
