Through our cutting-edge platform, SparesinMotion.com, we connect buyers with sales managers globally. We have our offices in the Netherlands, Spain, the USA, and India. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive our business growth in India and the wider Asian market. Job Responsibilities: • Take ownership of designated territory and manage and expand a diverse customer base • Identify and assess customer needs within the renewable energy industry • Travel to wind farms in India and Asia to conduct comprehensive analyses of their aftermarket spare parts requirements • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets • Collaborate with the local team on a weekly basis to review past projects and discuss upcoming initiatives • Evaluate customer needs and recommend suitable products, services, or solutions • Effectively sell wind turbine-related parts to Indian and Asian wind turbine owners • Trading, source the parts and help expand our procurement network, the sales manager is responsible for the transaction on order level, supported by global procurement and order fulfillment. Requirements: • Proven track record of commercial drive, with a strong focus on closing deals and delivering exceptional customer service • At least 8-10 years of experience in the renewables industry • Well-established network in the wind turbine aftermarket will be advantageous • Strategic thinker and creative problem solver with a positive mindset • Based in Pune, India • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales or procurement • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time • Languages: English and Hindi
