Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, building strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include creating sales strategies, leading and motivating a sales team, conducting market analysis, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives. Qualifications • Proven experience in Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Meeting Sales Targets • Skills in Market Analysis, Business Development, and Team Leadership • Ability to communicate effectively, negotiate, and build rapport with clients • Hands-on experience in creating and implementing successful sales strategies • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus • Relevant experience in the real estate industry is advantageous
