Position: Sales Manager- Manufacturing Industry experience: from Injection moulding & plastic manufacturing Travelling: 40% travelling & 60% in-house sales Job Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad Qualification: BE Mechanical / Mechatronics Experience: 3-7 yrs Joining: Immediate Mandatory Skills: English Communication skills, with sales experience in injection moulding & plastic manufacturing Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Maintain an excellent understanding of CYPET’s technologies and value proposition • Undertake the below, in support of the Head of Business development • Extensive travelling to visit existing and prospective customers • Grow customer base by active searching for and contacting new leads • Understand and align customer needs with CYPET’s offerings • Create quotations, negotiate terms and close sales • CRM data entry and administration for your area of responsibility • Creation and execution of sales strategies • Develop and maintain enduring relationships with customers and leads • Co-ordination with Marketing for planning area-specific marketing actions • Actively involved in organisation and participation in trade fairs • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status • Abide by the company’s code of conduct Knowledge, Skills and Experience: • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering discipline. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical sales role in the machinery industry. • Demonstration of strong communication skills (verbal and written) with an ability to communicate technical and commercial information. Excellent English a pre-requisite. • Willingness to travel regularly. • Very good understanding and fast learning of technical and commercial principles. • Strong organisational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Experience with internet sales methods, such as search engine marketing and search engine optimization will be considered beneficial.
