About the job

Job Summary: The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and managing key customer relationships within the coffee industry. This role requires strong commercial acumen, deep product knowledge, and the ability to manage sales team and distribution channels across Horeca, Corporates, Retail, B2B and B2C segments. Key Responsibilities: Sales & New Customer Development: • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and margin targets • Identify and develop new business opportunities across cafés, hotels, restaurants, corporates, retailers, and distributors • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports Key Account Management: • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and strategic partners • Negotiate pricing, contracts, volumes, and payment terms • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention • Drive upselling and cross-selling of coffee products, equipment, and services Product & Market Expertise: • Maintain strong knowledge of coffee machines, coffee blends, roasting profiles, and brewing methods • Conduct product presentations, demos, tastings, and cupping sessions for clients • Communicate product value propositions and brand positioning effectively.
