The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team to achieve business goals, developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with clients to drive business growth, and identifying new market opportunities. The role also involves meeting revenue targets, conducting market analysis, and representing The Golden Hotels Goa at industry events to promote the company's brand. Qualifications • Sales Management skills, including team leadership, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets • Strategic planning and business development experience • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and understanding of market trends • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Proficiency in negotiation and problem-solving • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite • Flexibility to work on-site in a dynamic and fast-paced environment • Relevant experience in hospitality sales or a related field is highly desirable
