About the job

Skills Required • Solid technical expertise in Industrial Automation (PLC/DCS/SCADA). • Practical experience with Honeywell platforms such as Experion C300, HC900, ML200PLC, Control Edge, Safety Manager, or equivalent systems. • Strong communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills. • Ability to lead small teams, guide junior engineers, and manage multiple assignments effectively. • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous learning, customer engagement, and business growth. KRA's • Lead and manage sales and service operations across all regions for our installed base of Honeywell PLC/DCS systems. • Serve as the primary technical and commercial contact for customers within the assigned region. • Engage with existing and new customers to understand their automation requirements and recommend suitable Honeywell solutions. • Generate enquiries for services, system upgrades, modernization, AMC, and new automation opportunities. • Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, BOQs, system architectures, and configurations. • Deliver technical presentations, conduct product demonstrations, and carry out site assessments in collaboration with internal engineering teams. • Drive AMC renewals, system upgrades, installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities. • Mentor and support junior engineers during preventive maintenance, service tasks, and customer visits. Location : Handewadi, Pune Experience (Max – Min) : 5 - 10 Years Qualification : Bachelor's degree - Electrical/E&TC/Electronics, additional qualification in Production, Operations, or Industrial Management preferred.
