Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, analyzing market trends, mentoring team members, and ensuring effective communication and coordination between different teams to achieve business goals. Qualifications • Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management • Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Coaching skills • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills • Analytical and Strategic Thinking with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends • Knowledge of Sales Reporting tools and CRM systems is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment • Prior work experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous
