Role Description We are seeking a Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram /Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting sales targets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, conducting market research, preparing sales forecasts, and managing negotiations. Qualifications • Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, relationship management, and contract negotiations • Ability to conduct market research, identify new opportunities, and develop strategic sales plans • Understanding of client needs and customization of solutions to meet unique business requirements • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Proven leadership and team management abilities • Experience in technical or engineered textiles or a related industry is a significant advantage • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
