About the Role We are looking for a driven sales professional to lead client acquisition across our creative verticals, including graphic design, video & animation and branding & packaging. This role requires consultative selling, strong relationship-building and the ability to position integrated creative solutions to brands and institutions. Key Responsibilities • Identify and generate leads across startups, corporates, foundations, universities, and D2C brands • Introduce and sell our core creative services, including Graphic design (digital, print, marketing collateral) • Video & animation (corporate films, documentaries, digital content, CSR films, MOOC/e-learning modules) • Driving branding & packaging solutions • Understand client requirements and translate briefs into structured proposals • Coordinate with design and production teams to scope deliverables, timelines, and budgets • Drive end-to-end sales cycle, from outreach to closure • Maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business • Track pipeline, targets, and revenue performance Required Skills • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales (media, marketing, branding, advertising, or creative services preferred) • Strong pitching and negotiation skills • Ability to understand branding, visual storytelling, and digital content needs • Comfortable with cold outreach, networking, and relationship-driven selling • Commercial awareness and target-driven mindset Expectations • Consistent monthly/quarterly revenue targets achieved • Strong pipeline development across priority segments • Repeat business and upsell from existing clients • High-quality proposals with strong closure ratios What We Offer • Competitive fixed + performance-linked incentives • Fast-growth environment with exposure to enterprise clients • Opportunity to build and scale a creative sales vertical • Direct access to leadership and decision-making.
