Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Sales Manager - Ecommerce and Quick Commerce. The individual will manage sales operations on various ecommerce and quick commerce platforms, drive revenue growth, identify business development opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with platform partners and internal teams. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, creating sales strategies, planning campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring operational excellence to achieve business targets. Qualifications • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, quick commerce, and online sales operations • Proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics tracking, and sales reporting • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills • Strategic planning abilities and skills in campaign execution • Demonstrated experience leading teams and collaborating across departments • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent will be a plus • Experience in the apparel or retail industry is highly desirable
