Role Description The Sales Manager (Facility Management) is a full-time hybrid role based in Pune, offering flexibility with some work-from-home options. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing tailored facility management solutions to meet customer needs. The Sales Manager will also oversee the contracting process, ensure client satisfaction, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and foster business growth. Regular market research and analysis will be key to staying competitive and driving strategic initiatives. Qualifications • Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management within the facility management or hospitality industry. • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. • Experience in Strategic Planning, Market Research, and Competitor Analysis. • Knowledge of contract management and the ability to create customized service solutions that meet client requirements. • Familiarity with operational aspects of facility management and proficiency in leveraging industry trends to drive growth. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is an added advantage. • Leadership qualities to manage cross-functional teams and lead sales initiatives effectively. • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales performance analytics. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on results and client satisfaction.
