We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Professional to drive growth in the B2B Food Ingredients segment. The ideal candidate will handle top and mid-tier accounts across categories such as Bakery, Protein, Snacks, Premix, Beverages, RTD/RTE, QSR, and online food businesses. The role focuses on expanding customer relationships, offering innovative ingredient solutions, and contributing to overall revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Account & Sales Management • Manage and grow sales within the assigned region by understanding customer needs, challenges, and business objectives. • Build and maintain strong B2B customer relationships across multiple food categories. • Take complete ownership of sales performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue achievement. Business Development • Identify new business opportunities and drive concept selling for ingredient-based solutions. • Build and maintain a strong project pipeline through ongoing customer engagement and new product introductions. • Develop potential customers through proactive outreach, technical discussions, and value-based selling. Market Insight & Strategy • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. • Analyze competitors’ strengths and weaknesses to position the company’s value proposition effectively. • Align with marketing and sales strategies, including segmentation, pricing, and product positioning. Planning & Execution • Translate the sales budget into clear, actionable sales plans. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, R&D, Technical, Operations) to deliver effective customer solutions. • Ensure timely communication and coordination between customers and internal teams for smooth and efficient execution. Requirements • Strong experience in B2B sales within the Food Ingredients / Food Technology sector. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to understand technical product details and convert them into customer-focused solutions. • Strong strategic thinking and customer-centric approach. • Ability to collaborate with multiple internal teams. • Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving growth targets.
