Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our team in the Borivali area, focusing on Loan Against Property (LAP) products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and developing strong relationships with clients and partners in the real estate and financial sectors. Job Responsibilities • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote LAP products • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Borivali area • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements • Organize and participate in promotional events and networking activities
