Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager (MICE) at Agile Global Tour Managers Pvt Ltd (AGTM), located in Kolkata. The Sales Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) activities to meet sales goals. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, collaborating with internal teams, creating event proposals, and ensuring client satisfaction with the services provided. The role also involves ensuring operational efficiency and effectively managing teams to oversee MICE projects. Qualifications • Strong Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills • Expertise in Event Management, Logistics Coordination, and MICE Operations • Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills • Ability to create impactful Proposals and Work on Budgets • Knowledge of Travel and Hospitality trends • Problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach • Experience in a similar role or industry will be advantageous • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
