About the job

Key Responsibilities:- - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer success and long-term partnerships. - Sales Cycle Management: Identify prospects, qualify leads, set appointments, and manage the complete sales cycle to close new business across all service categories. - Product Knowledge & Demos: Gain deep technical understanding of Indiesemic’s RF modules and solutions, conduct effective demos, and handle client objections with confidence. - Sales Reporting & Documentation: Prepare sales reports, business proposals, and executive-level presentations with accuracy and clarity. - Sales Goals Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets by following structured processes and customer engagement best practices. - Team Coordination: Collaborate with technical teams, engineers, and other sales representatives to ensure quotas are met and company standards are upheld. Marketplace Sales: Drive visibility and sales on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Robu, Evelta, and other B2B/B2C tech portals. Required Skills & Qualifications - Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Electrical / Communication Engineering or an equivalent technical field - Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of B2B or technology sales experience, preferably in semiconductors, electronics, or IoT. - Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical solutions simply and persuasively. - Sales Tools Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, sales management software, and online marketplaces. - Persuasion & Professionalism: Ability to combine persuasive selling with credibility and professionalism. - Proven Track Record: Consistent history of achieving or exceeding sales targets. - Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel up to 25% of their time for customer visits, events, and business expansion.
