Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for Sales Managers and Sales Executives. The key responsibilities include generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with coaching institutes, presenting and demonstrating the platform’s features, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies, provide feedback, and address client needs effectively. You will also identify opportunities to expand the customer base and provide exceptional support to ensure long-term client partnerships. Qualifications • Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and client relationship management • Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively demonstrate products and deliver impactful pitches • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and goals • Basic understanding of AI-powered or technology-driven tools and their applications in learning and education • Knowledge of the education and coaching industry is preferred • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies
